AGH’s entry-level positions combine responsible and important job assignments with the opportunity to continue your education on the job in a professional setting. As a new employee, you will work with a mentor to become acquainted with AGH principles and culture. Mentors are in place to help you explore different aspects of your professional field, so you can make informed choices about your career growth and receive guidance from those who are more experienced.
AGH invests heavily in training to maintain and build staff knowledge and ability, helping you meet the required 40 hours of continuing practice education (CPE) all CPAs are required to earn annually. Unlike many independent firms, AGH has access to national training developed through the RSM McGladrey Network, one of the largest affiliations of CPA and advisory organizations in the world.
Our people are our most valuable asset. We are dedicated to making sure that the opportunities provided to you will help you grow professionally and will create a successful balance of work, family and community.
On the job
On the job, you'll find an environment where good work is rewarded and growth is valued. AGH offers competitive wages to qualified individuals and the opportunity to grow professionally and personally through diverse work experiences and formal training.
While you won't be doing the same thing day in and day out, you won't be subject to the whims of a highly variable schedule. Travel is typically limited, and our structure helps to keep you steadily busy as opposed to months of intense work followed by "droughts" of inactivity.
Rewards
Our professionals receive competitive compensation and benefit packages. Benefits include medical, dental, life insurance, profit sharing, 401(k) with matching contributions, and continuing education. Click here to download a copy of our employee benefits brochure.
