Employee benefits associate
Full-time position addressing all areas of defined contribution plan administration in a daily environment including, but not limited to: quarterly valuations and participant statement preparation, payroll allocations, trust accounting, distribution/loan processing, and eligibility verification. Qualified candidates must have experience in compliance and testing with knowledge of IRS and DOL regulations. Experience with Relius administration a plus. Qualified candidates should possess the following:
- College degree or have taken classes in finance, accounting or business
- Minimum of three years in recordkeeping or related financial field required
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with clients, partners and peers
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong mathematical skills

Accounting systems consultant
Full-time position accountable and responsible for leading accounting systems consulting projects and delivering on-going service and support for AGH’s account system clients. Responsible for the implementation, training, and support of Sage Software (especially MAS 90 and MAS 200) at various client sites within the Wichita area. Requires someone with a strong accounting background with additional experience in the implementation and support of accounting software products, broad conceptual judgment, initiative, and the ability to deal with complex accounting and related technology issues. This position assists clients in the decision and implementation of policies and procedures related to accounting and management information systems. Additionally, the consultant provides education, training, and support to accounting system clients. Qualified candidates should possess the following:
- College education in accounting, finance or related business discipline
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on accounting experience
- 1 to 3 years project management experience
- Experience with all aspects of accounting software implementation and support (MAS 90 or MAS 200 a plus)
- Strong client interaction and consultative skills
- Ability to take directions and solve problems
- Work independently and in a team role, and have pride in workmanship
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as good math skills
- Comfortable with managing multiple concurrent projects and assignments

Audit manager

Full-time tax professional with 3-6 years of tax experience. Tax preparation experience should include individual, corporation and partnership returns, including complex returns. Ability to research tax issues is required and experience with financial statement preparation — including compilations and reviews — is recommended. Professional must be confident in working
with clients and have a high aptitude for customer service.
