Kara Franks leads human resources (HR) at Allen, Gibbs & Houlik, L.C. (AGH). In her position, she directs recruiting, HR compliance, performance evaluations, leadership development, change management, recognition and training programs, management coaching and special projects. Her background includes extensive experience in HR affairs, including employee recruitment and retention, staff development, mediation, conflict resolution, HR records management, HR policy development and legal compliance.
Kara earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Wichita State University where she majored in human resource management. She is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR, SHRM-CP) with more than 10 years of HR experience.
